A Legacy Founded on Heritage, Law, and Stewardship.

Growing up on a working farm in the heart of Maryland’s Agricultural Reserve, Nancy learned early on that real estate is more than a financial transaction.

Nancy's interest in real property transactions was cultivated long before she attended law school - it was present even throughout her childhood.  Nancy's father, Robert P. Jamison,  is both  a commercial grain farmer and a Real Estate Broker. Similarly, her mother, Susan Jamison, works alongside her father as an Attorney and Associate Broker. Consequently, as a child Nancy could be found in the cab of a combine or in the Jamison Real Estate office, where she affectionally became named "the mascot." In fact, a long standing joke among her family is that she refused to go to daycare because she would rather be in the Jamison Real Estate office.

As a third-generation REALTOR® and Attorney,  she carries forward a standard of excellence established by her family brokerage, Jamison Real Estate, in 1950.

For Nancy, every property tells a story, and her mission is to ensure yours is protected and celebrated with the highest level of professional care.

EDUCATION

Nancy attended Flagler College where she graduated Summa Cum Laude earning degrees in both Accounting and Finance. There she was named the "Distinguished Finance Student" of her graduating class and was inducted into several honor societies. Thereafter, she earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law. In law school, Nancy focused her studies on real property and business law, taking classes including Real Property, Real Estate Investment Trusts and Real Estate Transactions.

Today, she practices law in her spare time, however, her primary focus is in her capacity as an Associate Real Estate Broker at Jamison Real Estate in Poolesville, MD. She will proudly tell you that being a REALTOR® is the some of most fun she has had in her adulthood - she loves what she does and deeply appreciates the people she works with and for.
